In charge of the collection of environmental health essential data and formulation of evaluation criteria, collects and sorts out multi-discipline data of environmental health and establishes the data resource database and application platform, studies environmental health risk assessment and early warning technical approach and implements environmental health forecasting and early warning, risk assessment and information exchange.

The environment and health surveillance project aims to develop and build a surveillance network that incorporates the collection, storage, clearance, standardization, statistical analysis, environmental health risk assessment and early warning through the establishment of China’s integrated environmental health surveillance indicator system, along with the integration of existing environment and health data in districts and counties.
