2007年至今在中国疾病预防控制中心环境与健康相关产品安全所工作, 2021年晋升研究员,2021年任硕士生导师。

2020年6月至今担任中国疾病预防控制中心环境与健康相关产品安全所环境健康风险评估室副主任。
2014年2月-7月和2014年11月-2015年1月作为访问学者分别前往美国乔治亚大学农业和环境科学学院和耶鲁大学公共卫生学院开展相关研究。
主要研究方向
多年来从事空气污染对人群健康影响相关研究。作为主要参与人参与大气重污染成因与治理攻关项目“京津冀及周边地区大气污染对普通人群、特定人群的急性健康影响研究”(子课题负责人)、国家自然科学基金委员会重大研究计划集成项目“我国典型地区大气细颗粒物致机体损伤机制的全链条研究”(任务负责人)和国家自然科学基金委员会重点项目“基于人群健康效应机制链条与高通量分析的沙尘PM2.5心血管毒性组分识别及毒性效应演变研究” (任务负责人)和国家重点研发计划 “我国大气污染的急性健康影响研究”等科研项目。主要通过人群流行病学调查(定群研究和队列研究)研究我国大气污染的重要污染物如PM2.5等暴露对人群健康的影响,包括空气污染物暴露监测、人群流行病学调查、人群健康风险评估、空气污染物对人群影响作用通路等。
过去的主要工作及获得的成果
1.环境危险因素暴露对人群健康的影响:基于定群研究发现个体PM2.5短期暴露对老年人肾功能有明显影响,且有明显的滞后效应,并且发现个体PM2.5主要组分(OC、EC、水溶性离子和元素成分)与老年人肾功能降低相关。基于队列研究发现血浆锰、铁和锌与高龄老人慢性肾脏病之间负相关。发现炎症相关基因的DNA甲基化水平在PM2.5成分致肺功能降低过程中其重要的作用。
2.构建个体PM2.5元素评估模型:基于定群研究,利用固定站点PM2.5中Zn、Fe、Mn和Ca浓度数据和人群活动方式等构建个体元素暴露评估模型,为开展大规模人群流行病学调查提供精准暴露数据。
已在国内外期刊发表文章70余篇,其中以第一作者(包括共同第一)或者通讯作者在Environ Sci Technol(4篇)、Environ Int(2篇)、Environ Health Perspect、Environ Res、Chemosphere、Environ Technol Inno、Food Control、The innovation等杂志发表文章10余篇。
