主要研究方向:
主要从事环境流行病学研究工作,聚焦新污染物与心血管代谢,基于人群纵向前瞻性队列及多组学挖掘环境化学物质导致健康危害的生物学机制。
过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
主持国家自然科学基金1项。围绕我国重点关注的大气污染、新污染物等的健康问题,从群体角度出发,开展大气污染与气候变化导致急性死亡风险的生态学研究;针对老年脆弱群体常见健康问题,挖掘大气污染中长期暴露与精神疾患的关联及效应阈值,结合生物标志物与临床表型探究大气细颗粒物组分影响心血管事件的分子机制;关注新污染物健康危害,从内、外暴露层面分析环境化学物质对心血管风险与衰老表型的影响,整合甲基化、转录组、代谢组等多组学数据解析生物学机制。以第一作者在Environmental Science & Technology、Environment International、Journal of Hazardous Materials、中华预防医学杂志等权威期刊发表中英文论文十余篇。
