个人经历及担任职务:
现担任中国疾病预防控制中心环境卫生学首席专家,第一届国家环境与健康专家咨询委员会委员,第一届进出口商品风险管理专家委员会专家成员,中华预防医学会第八届环境卫生分会和中华预防医学会第二届肿瘤预防与控制专业委员会常务委员,中国环境学会室内环境与健康分会副主任委员。
主要研究方向:
主要从事空气污染暴露及健康风险评估,空气污染物对人群健康影响及作用机制等研究工作;长期从事环境卫生标准制修订工作;担任WHO烟草测试网络实验室成员,开展烟草成分和释放物中有毒有害污染物的检测和人群二手烟暴露监测工作;以及烟草控制框架公约、关于汞的水俣公约、斯德哥尔摩公约等国际公约履约相关工作。曾在世界卫生组织西太区环境健康与社区司工作,负责在环境健康影响评价,气候变化,化学品安全,和空气污染控制等方面提供技术支持。
过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
多年来,作为项目负责人或分题负责人完成了“居住环境监测与对人体健康影响的研究”、“突发性大气污染事件人群健康风险评估技术”、“雾霾天气人群健康风险评估和预警关键技术研究”、“重污染天气下人群健康防护与干预研究”等多项国家自然科学基金面上和重点项目、科技部公益基金重点项目、“十一五”科技支撑重点项目、卫生行业专项、北京市自然科学基金重点项目、“863”重大项目、环保公益项目、大气攻关重点项目等多项科研课题,攻克关键技术难题。目前正在主持国家自然科学基金重点项目“空气细颗粒物及环境条件对SARS-CoV-2等典型冠状病毒传播影响研究(92043201)”。新冠疫情发生以来,首次建立了气溶胶播散模拟实验方法,并多次参加北京、广州、深圳、东莞、郑州、西安、长春、丹东、驻马店等疫情溯源工作,组织开展现场了模拟实验,为新冠病毒通过气溶胶传播提供了实验证据。作为技术总负责人,指导开展“空气污染对人群健康影响监测与防护”工作,建立了覆盖31个省的监测网络,通过长期监测,掌握了不同地区空气污染特征污染物及有毒有害成分对人群健康产生的影响及变化趋势;组织开展健康风险评估,根据发现的主要空气污染健康问题,提出有效干预措施和降低空气污染导致的健康危害的政策建议;开展科普宣传,提高公众健康防护意识。牵头制定了《大气污染人群健康风险评估技术规范》WS/T 666-2019,推动环境健康风险评估制度的建立。牵头制定完成了《大气有害物质无组织排放卫生防护距离推导技术导则》GB/T39499-2020;作为主要起草人参与制修订了《室内空气质量标准》GB/T18883。已发表论文、出版论著一百九十余篇(部)。
